      An Empirical Study on the Influence of Social Capitals on Knowledge Sharing in Chinese Civil Servants

      Knowledge management is helpful to improve the effects of government administration and social services.A great deal of studies on business organizations have found that social capital has significant influence on the knowledge sharing of members.But this conclusion hasn't been testified in government organizations.This empirical study testified the influence of social capitals on the knowledge sharing of Chinese civil servants.It was found that trust and organizational identification significantly influence the knowledge sharing of civil servants while social interaction has not significant influence.In addition,social interaction was proved to have significant difference between male and females,while organizational identification and knowledge sharing have significant differences between groups with different lengths of service.
